2023 is my first year making Elderflower blossom jelly, and I'm very happy with the result! Elderflower has less of a scent, and more of a taste- probably why it's so popular in various confections. It's described as "fresh, fruity, and soft, with pear, lychee, and tropical notes"
A lovely gourmet jelly delightful on scones, croissants or biscuits. Drizzled over vanilla ice cream or yogurt, or even as part of a sophisticated charcuterie tray.
I only make one batch per year, so this is a limited availability, seasonal product!
Made from flowers gathered on our farm, water, sugar, pectin, lemon juice.
