Crimson Clover Blossom Floral Jelly

Crimson Clover blossom floral jelly is made from the beautiful crimson red clover blossoms dotting our pastures this spring. The tea made from these blossoms is a deep red, and becomes brilliant, bright red when the lemon juice is added. Crimson Clover has a bright, slightly fruity, delicate herbal fragrance.

Floral jellies are delicious served with scones, biscuits, croissants or shortbreads. They can also be a unique addition to a charcuterie board alongside mild cheeses such as brie or ricotta.

I only make one batch per year, so this is a limited availability, seasonal product!

Made from flowers gathered on our farm, water, sugar, pectin, lemon juice.
