Dandelion Floral Jelly
Dandelion floral jelly has a delicate sweet taste, exactly as a dandelion flower smells- I can only describe it as sweet, herbal, nutty, and warm.
Floral jellies are delicious served with scones, biscuits, croissants or shortbreads. They can also be a unique addition to a charcuterie board alongside mild cheeses such as brie or ricotta.
I only make one batch per year, so this is a limited availability, seasonal product!
Made from flowers gathered on our farm, water, sugar, pectin, lemon juice.
