Honeysuckle is the quintessential reminder of childhood for many. It tastes like nectar, sunshine and summer! This vining plant boasts thousands of sweet white blossoms in spring.

Note: This year's jelly is a very pale yellow in color, and delightfully aromatic.

Perfect on biscuits or shortbreads!

I only make one batch per year, so this is a limited availability, seasonal product!

Made from flowers gathered on our farm, water, sugar, pectin, lemon juice.
