Mimosa Floral Blossom Jelly

Mimosa is one of the most magical trees, with pink fluffy tasseled blossoms. The fragrance is both fruity and floral, and definitely ambrosia-like. Also known as the Persian Silk Tree.

I only make one batch per year, so this is a limited availability, seasonal product!

Floral jellies are delicious served with scones, biscuits, croissants or shortbreads. They can also be a unique addition to a charcuterie board alongside mild cheeses such as brie or ricotta.

Made from flowers gathered on our farm, water, sugar, pectin, lemon juice.
